Tips and tricks for protecting skin and maintain skin barrier PART 2
I already post a part 1 of this Skincare tips series. You can read that also. Now I came up with part 2 of this Skincare tips.
1) Daily Skincare vs monthly skincare : there is a difference between daily skin treatment and monthly care.In daily Skincare we follow light and non harmed products but in monthly skincare we use blackheads strips. Scrubbing, DIY masks is good for 1or2 time use in month daily. But repeating this often is not good idea. Only using 1 2 times in month can your skin heal.
2) Exfoliation: In young age skin cells generating process is fast but in aging process we need to remove dead skin cells by ourselves. If you're age is above 20 Exfoliate twice a month. And for above 30 Exfoliate 2 to 4 times is required.
3) Check out natural ingredients: This thing is not necessary for everyone out there but can be useful for someone. Gram flour (Besan),aloe vera, sandalwood, Rice and more natural ingredients are there. Nature give us beautiful ingredients but what suits you or what not this is task to accomplish.
4) Workout: if you workout everyday like yoga, swimming, dancing, Gym any other Workout sweat through toxins flush out and make clearer and shiney skin.
5) Too hot or too cold shower: Body moisturization is also important. Avoid taking too hot or cold showers and bath in every season specially in winters. Hot water definitely make skin dry.
6) Two day pimples treatment: If suddenly you get breakout of pimples at important time then you can invest in a Pimple patch or Acne treating patches. This patches dry the puss and debris plus secondly Bacteria also can't spread by touching oftentimes.
7) Small bumps on Forehead: Get rid of hair dandruff and try keep scalp clean. Unwashed hair and oily hair is the main reason for tiny bumps on Forehead and Skin.
8) Always sanitize makeup tools: This also so weird to listen. We all use makeup tools, Beauty blender, Brushes, compact cushion, razor. But we don't ever consider to sanitize them. Unsanitized products causes tiny bumps pimples and Allergic.
9) Cleansing lather: Whenever we go to wash our face make more lather on hands of face wash Rather than directly on face. With this technique you minimally rub your face also it can remove dirt, debris,grind. And wash face minimum for 30 seconds. After pat it with soft towel.
10) MASTERKEY ICE: The most inexpensive common solution for all problems. Ice rubbing is so so good for skin. Ice depuff skin and baggy eyes and under eye circles. Ice minimize the pores and swelling. Ice increase glow on skin makes skin soft moisturized clear and Amazing....
Remember all things are connected in body then it is skin, body and cells every part is Connected in human body. Food we eat is also responsible for health and skin. What you eat is reflects on both body and face........
