2) Use a scarf- using a scarf in outside is not bad idea. Use silk scarf or pure cotton stole.

3) 2 times face wash habit- Always cleanse your face two times in day when you wake up from your beauty sleep and second at night before going to sleep.        *Always use mild cleansers or face wash that does not leave your face itchy,dry and flaky.

4) Moisturiser- Moisturizing repair your skin barrier. In fact in daily use of moisturizer reverse skin damaging problems.

5) Good amount of sleep: 4 to 6 hours of sleep can make skin aging more faster. take minimum 8 hours of sleep. It will make your skin plumpy and fresh looking. Tried and tested.

6) Sleeping habits: A dirty pillow cover is more causable for pimples. Change pillow cover in daily basis or use soft clean cloth on pillow regularly and try to sleep facing by celling.

7) Antioxidants foods: Eat less spicy, oily and junk food. Take antioxidants foods like Green leafy vegetables and protein riches food like spinach, broccoli, zucchini, Indian gooseberry (amla). If you want you can add multivitamins.

8) Reduce sugar and salt: Tea, coffee, alcohol,soft drink have more suger try to take minimum amount of suger and salt use jaggery, honey,dark chocolate, fruits as natural sweetner. don't take unnecessary and try to reduce it.

9) Drink Water: Now what is so special in drinking water. Well these for those who forgets to drink water. Like me. whenever you feel thirsty Drink Water.

10) Never sleep with makeup on: During the day our skin exposed with free radicals and makeup seals this free radicals on face.  During sleep it started to destroy skin barrier. So no matter how tired you are always remove makeup before sleeping .
